1) Pioneering in the process of programming and outfitting industrial robots to perform automated manufacturing tasks.

2) Presenting here the Robotic marking cell, automates the application of identification of part location on large automotive components which is needed for correct fitment of parts on common frames to achieve First Pass yield.

3) Multi-axis robot facilitated with integrated paint marking system and flexible fixturing conveyor to accommodate various component length and size

4) Electrical Control system support with SCADA for enabling multiple product variants with simpler excel sheet Datalog input.

5) Paint marking system with the precision nozzle and controller integrated with the robot.

6) Flexible fixturing with Drive conveyor rollers to hold and move the component which has an inbuilt height adjuster.

7) Inbuild intelligence to measure the component flatness and alter the robot travel for the measured flatness.

8) Precision marking of the shape pertaining to the component is imported by CAD data to the robot.

9) Robotic system is enabled with 7th axis gantry movement to accommodate for the length of the component.

10) Robotic marking cell achieves the shape marking with greater accuracy to support the assembly process.
